Registration and Cancellation Policy
Option 1: Full 3-day Conference – Friday, Saturday & Sunday Early bird registration fees are Adult (18+) $225.00 USD, Teen (13-17) $225.00 USD, and Child (3-12) $225.00 USD until June 15, 2016. Registration fees after June 15, 2016 are Adult (18+) $275.00 USD, Teen (13-17) $275.00 USD, and Child (3-12) $275.00 USD.
Option 2: 2-day Conference – Saturday & Sunday Early bird registration fees are Adult (18+) $200.00 USD, Teen (13-17) $200.00 USD, and Child (3-12) $200.00 USD until June 15, 2016. Registration fees after June 15, 2016 are Adult (18+) $225.00 USD, Teen (13-17) $225.00 USD, and Child (3-12) $225.00 USD.
All registrations must be received by the NODCC Main Office no later than July 5, 2016. Thereafter, registration will be available only at the door for $325.00 per person and will not include meals. 90% cancellation refund if requested in writing prior to May 31, 2016. 50% cancellation refund if requested in writing between June 1 and June 30, 2016. No refunds for cancellations received after June 30, 2016. Please note the NODCC Central Office will be closed July 14 through July 31, 2016 as staff will be in Chicago, IL to handle conference pre/post planning. However, staff will respond to email to the NODCC and phone inquiries.
All attendees are required to sign the DCC Conference Participation Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement and the Photography, Videotape, Audiotape Release Authorization on the back of the conference registration form. Parents are required to sign on behalf of children under age 18, or for those over 18 if the parent is the legal guardian for that individual.

Please arrange your lodging reservation directly with the hotel by calling (773) 693-4444 or by using the online group code NODNODA.
Reservations must be made before June 28, 2016 to receive the group rate. Hotel rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. If you wish to extend your visit either before or after the three-day conference, please contact the hotel directly to request the NODCC group rate. Space is based on availability. Parking is $12.00 per day for registered hotel guests. The hotel lobby and meeting rooms may seem chilly to some visitors; please bring a light sweater with you. And, be sure to bring your swimsuit to play in the indoor & outdoor pools.
The full conference package (Option 1) includes Friday lunch, Friday evening dinner buffet, Saturday lunch, Saturday evening pizza party, and Sunday lunch buffet (Option 2) includes Saturday lunch, Saturday evening pizza party, and Sunday lunch buffet. On Saturday and Sunday mornings the hotel will offer cash & carry breakfast items for NODCC conference attendees. Restaurants include Brickton and room service. Many national chain restaurants are also available in the local area.

The Chicago Marriott O’Hare is located 3 miles from the Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and 20 miles from Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW). The hotel does offer courtesy shuttle to/from Chicago O’Hare International Airport. The airport offers car rentals and taxi service (est. $68.00-$100.00). directions to the hotel

Kids & Teens Camps
The Kids Camp will be available for up to 80 children who are registered conference attendees (with DCC or siblings aged 3–12) on a first registered basis. All children must be registered no later than July 1, 2016. Kindly note that we do not offer care for children under the age of 3 years. The Teens Camp will provide activities for up to 20 teenagers (with DCC or siblings aged 13–17). The camps will be fully staffed by Corporate Kids Events (CKE). Please note only those children who are paid registrants may attend the camps. Note programs are fully funded through the fundraising efforts of many NODCC families and conference sponsors.
Open to ages 3 through 12
Typically includes children aged 3–7 or those who may be in diapers, who cannot toilet independently, and/or who are unable to walk. Preschool to early elementary activities include lots of playtime with age-appropriate toys, sing-along, storybook reading, and simple art projects. Quiet activities include book reading, puzzles, coloring, Play Dough table, watercolor painting, and children’s movies.
Typically includes children aged 8–12 who are ambulatory, who are toileting independently, and who are capable of independent activity and some self-monitoring. Activities include PlayStation, art projects, puzzles, toys for free play, and organized games.
Teens Camp (open to ages 13 through 17)
Participants (with or without DCC) must be verbal, ambulatory, and able to self-care. Activities include discussion groups, art projects, PlayStation and other interactive competitions, board games, listening to music and much more. The Counselor in Leadership Training Program is a very special program designed for teen siblings. Those registered in the CILT Program will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and training in working with children. Under the CKE Certified Team Building Instructor, those teens selected for this program will earn a Certificate of Completion, which has been used by many teens to earn community service hours.
